After we receive and approve your refund request, you can expect the money to return to your account within 3 to 7 business days. We’ll send it back using whatever payment method you originally used when you purchased the subscription. Keep in mind that your bank or payment provider might need additional time to process things on their end, so the exact timing can vary a bit.

Understanding What Happens to Your Subscription

If we approve your refund, your IPTV subscription will end immediately and you’ll lose access to the service. Once a refund goes through, we can’t pause your account, move it to another person, or turn it back on later. It’s a complete closure of that subscription.
